Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager Feasibility & Investment Analysis EMEA to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

 

 

Summary

 

The Manager Feasibility & Investment Analysis EMEA is responsible for conducting market research analysis, feasibility studies, franchise and management contract valuations and coordination of the deal approval submission for the extended EMEA region, as required. The position will manage, train and supervise the Feasibility & Investment Analysis Analyst and ensure completion of all assignments while adhering the internal quality standards.

Complexity

 

In order to complete the responsibilities of the role, he/she will require a good understanding of the feasibility process and the Uniform System of Accounts, the principle of corporate finance and the principles of management and franchise agreements, as well as the services and products offered by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as owners, operators and developers. The Manager Feasibility & Investment Analysis EMEA will be required to undertake projects of greater complexity and achieve higher efficiency in turning around the projects. The Manager Feasibility & Investment Analysis EMEA will be expected to provide support and guidance when required to support and share best practices with other members of the feasibility function. They will be involved in different initiatives meant to develop further the feasibility function such as refining processes and collecting and collating reliable and accurate data sources.

Scope/Financial Responsibility

 

This person will be involved in complex and important procedures which directly impact the company’s strategy for growth and enhancing financial performance. Accuracy and attention to detail in the incumbent’s delivery of this work will form part of the foundation of the ongoing relationship with our franchisees and management partners. The successful delivery of their tasks will enable projects to be delivered on time and within budget. While decision-making will be limited, his/her recommendations will be critical toward the goal of “smart growth”.

• Ability to produce sound projections of income and expenses
• Working knowledge of regional hotel markets and international hotel brands
• Knowledge of USALI
• Ability  to work on several projects or tasks simultaneously
• Able to innovate and take initiative and embrace a culture of entrepreneurial learning
• Must be focused on delivering a positive customer experience and therefore be able to create positive working relationships
• Highly motivated and reliable

Experience/Certificates/Education

 

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, hospitality management or related disciplines
• Candidates should have minimum 4 years of prior working experience in a hospitality environment either in hotel operations, hotel consulting, investment, asset management or similar.
• Proven basic comprehension of the fundamentals of hotel operations and hotel real estate development
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
• Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Competent user of Microsoft office programmes
