Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Performance Analytics Coordinator to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

 

The Analytics Team Coordinator is a self-starter, interested in becoming immersed in the world of Data & Analytics while supporting a highly-dynamic team. This role has a dual capacity: 1) providing the department Senior Vice President and team with administrative support and 2) direct support of team initiatives / projects / daily activities of the analytics team.  This Associate will support varied efforts including project management, data quality testing, presentations, reporting and data analysis.

 

Responsibilities

 

Team Support

  • Support the Analytical teams in a variety of ways: i.e. running reports, data analysis, scheduling, PowerPoint presentation creation, meeting representation, and project coordination
  • Collaborate, assist and provide support across towers with respect to data quality monitoring and resolutions
  • Work in partnership with Analytical Towers to track and report out on Data and Analytics Roadmap – requires strong project management skills

 

Executive Administrative Support

  • Heavy calendar management for three department leaders; gatekeeper including screening and fielding phone calls, addressing and responding independently when appropriate, investigating when necessary to obtain information, referring calls to others as appropriate
  • Conference/meeting room scheduling and coordination including catering needs
  • Research and secure travel arrangements
  • Prepare Travel and Expense reports
  • Provide current agendas and meeting materials prior to meetings as needed
  • Submit and track Help Desk tickets including hardware, software and telecom

 

Total Team Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, conferences, and special events
  • New hire set up (onboarding, paperwork, hardware, software) and support for visits from vendors, including pre-registration with facilities and obtain temporary badges when needed
  • Orders and stocks supply organization
  • Timecard management and daily PTO calendar tracking
  • Manage department and team distribution lists, conference call and video conference lines

 

Billing/Budget Tracking

  • Route and secure necessary approvals of invoices, Purchase Orders and Agreements
  • Copy, log, track and submit invoices to A/P; Research payments and respond to inquiries
  • Submit department accruals
  • Run P&L reports for month end processes and reconcile against invoice tracker
  • Manage and reconcile p-card expenses

 

Education & Experience

 

Experience/Certificates/Education

  • College degree required
  • Advance proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interest in data and analytics
  • Experience with a shared services organization with ability to work across business units strongly recommended
