Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Specialist, Tech I, HTCS to join our team at Saint John in Saint JohnNew Brunswick.

We currently have an opening for seven (7) Technical Support Professional I’s within our Hotel Technology Client Support Department, at our Wyndham location in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our Hotel Technology Customer Service Team (HTCS) provides 24/7 real-time IT support to all Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brands, making over 400,000 contacts a year. This Team primarily provides support for our property management systems as well as ensuring communication is active with the central reservation system.

 

As a Technical Support Professional I you are responsible for providing friendly and professional “Count on Me” service to our properties while assisting with project work. You will provide support to our Clients via phone, email and/or chat on multiple systems while completing accurate documentation.

General Requirements

Your background includes: 

  • Meeting or exceeding performance standards in your current position, including having superior attendance and conduct
  • Familiarity with Computer systems and applications
  • Basic Computer Knowledge and troubleshooting experience

Assets in your background are:

  • An understanding of hotel terminology.

 

You have the proven ability to:
