To support our team members during important life moments, Wyndham provides paid parental leave in the U.S. for time off dedicated to the care and well-being of a newborn or newly adopted child. Additionally, we offer financial assistance to help with adoption-related expenses, reflecting our commitment to supporting the growth of families and creating a caring, inclusive environment for all.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts partners with a quality local healthcare system to provide ongoing health education and a variety of preventative services.  Wellness services include blood pressure monitoring, diabetes screenings and influenza vaccines.  Health seminars are facilitated both virtually and onsite at our corporate headquarters, in addition to meditation sessions.  Team members also have access to lactation rooms at our corporate headquarters, providing additional flexibility to working parents.

Understanding that both physical and mental health should be a priority for team members, there is an onsite fitness center located at corporate headquarters. The facility has a variety of cardio and strength equipment along with fully stocked locker rooms with towels and amenities.
