We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally strong Director Franchise Operations to support and enhance the performance of a portfolio of hotels across South & East Europe.
In this highly visible role, you will act as a strategic partner to owners, management companies, and hotel teams—driving revenue performance, brand compliance, and guest satisfaction, while supporting successful hotel openings and long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary contact for hotel owners and management teams
- Analyse hotel performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop actionable operational plans
- Support hotels in improving revenue, guest satisfaction (OSAT, NPS), and brand engagement
- Strengthening owner relationships
- Build strong partnerships with ownership groups, asset managers, and stakeholders
- Support retention, renewals, and overall owner value proposition
- Collaborating with internal teams (Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR) to deliver results
- Lead operational excellence & compliance
- Ensure hotels meet brand standards, quality assurance, and training requirements
- Support the rollout of Wyndham tools, systems, and initiatives
- Drive improvements in product, service, and guest experience
- Support new hotel openings
- Partner with the openings team to deliver best-in-class hotel launches
- Provide pre-opening guidance and on-site support
- Ensure commercial strategies and operational readiness are in place
- Work closely with Revenue and Sales teams to improve RevPAR and top-line performance
- Identify revenue opportunities and support hotel-level execution
- Analyse guest feedback and performance data to enhance results

Your background
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a General Manager or multi-property/operator role
- Strong exposure to P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning
- Experience within franchised hotel environments
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Base salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 gross per annum
