Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Gerente de Vendas to join our team at Wyndham Natal Pitangui in Barra do RioRio Grande do Norte.

Propósito

Como Gerente de Vendas do Wyndham Natal, você será responsável por liderar a estratégia comercial do hotel desde a sua abertura, impulsionando a geração de receitas, a captação de clientes e o posicionamento da marca nos mercados-chave. Será o principal representante comercial do hotel, com um papel ativo na prospecção, desenvolvimento e fidelização de contas nos segmentos Tour and Travel, Operadoras, Agências de Viagem, corporativo, MICE, grupos e OTA’s, trabalhando de forma coordenada com as equipes de Revenue, Marketing e o cluster de vendas do Brasil.

Principais funções e responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar o plano comercial do hotel, alinhado aos objetivos de abertura e à estratégia do cluster de vendas
  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes e mercados, gerando oportunidades de negócios locais, nacionais e internacionais
  • Gerir e desenvolver contas corporativas, de grupos, eventos e MICE, garantindo relações comerciais sólidas e de longo prazo}
  • Coordenar e executar ações promocionais, visitas comerciais, apresentações e participações em feiras ou eventos do setor
  • Colaborar estreitamente com o Revenue Management para otimizar tarifas, disponibilidade e estratégias de distribuição
  • Manter comunicação constante com a equipe de Marketing para assegurar a correta promoção de produtos e serviços
  • Monitorar tendências de mercado, concorrência e oportunidades de crescimento, elaborando relatórios periódicos de resultados e projeções
  • Cumprir os KPIs estabelecidos e os padrões da marca Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Formação e experiência

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em posições de vendas em hotéis de rede ou marcas internacionais (preferencialmente em aberturas)
  • Conhecimento do mercado Tour and Travel, MICE, grupos e OTA’s
  • Sólidas habilidades de negociação, prospecção e gestão de contas
  • Nível de inglês/ espanhol intermediário/avançado será valorizado
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e participação em eventos comerciais
