Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Analyst, Accounts Receivable to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos AiresArgentina.

Propósito

 

Gestionar el cobro, en tiempo y forma, de las facturas emitidas en modalidad Cuenta Corriente que surgen como resultado de la prestación de servicios a clientes. Interacción con Equipo de Front de los hoteles y Ejecutivos de cuenta

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

 

Analizar y gestionar las cobranzas de las cuentas corrientes para saber cuál es la deuda real de cada cliente

Verificar, registrar y aplicar los pagos realizados por los clientes para mantener al día las cuentas corrientes de los clientes

Preparar información para la elaboración de informes para conocer y estimar las cobranzas que recibimos de los clientes

Verificar y preparar el envio de mailing que contiene facturación para que el cliente reciba en tiempo y forma las facturas por pagar

Gestionar activamente la cobranza para garantizar el cobro en tiempo y forma de la deuda

Recepcionar, controlar y cargar todo para que no haya diferencias entre lo cobrado y recibido. Incluyendo retenciones

 

Educación & experiencia

 

  • Graduado o estudiante de carreras Contador/Administración / Adm.Hotelera o afínes
  • Experiencia de dos años en gestión de cobranzas
  • Excel nivel intermedio / avanzado
  • Conocimientos de Opera
  • Inglés intermedio
