The Role
This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The GSS FP&A Analyst will:
- Support the company’s capital related processes by assisting with the setup, tracking, and closeout of projects.
- Gather and prepare materials for the Standard Project Approval Review meetings.
- Participate in month-end close and forecasting activities for projects and help maintain governance and data integrity.
- Provide support for business partners and fulfill ad hoc requests.
- Assist in various stages of the procure to payment process.
What you'll do
- Create project shells and set up tasks within the project management system.
- Oversee timesheets and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Prepare project closeout documentation and validate spend against established thresholds.
- Maintain and distribute standardized templates for cost estimates, business cases, and presentations.
- Partner with the PMO and business stakeholders to gather and consolidate materials for project approval forums.
- Review month-end project actuals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Update and refine project spend forecasts as needed.
- Extract, analyze, and summarize data from project systems to support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Support purchase order creation and invoice processing within Oracle.
You'll be successful if you have
- Ability to complete monthly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to summarize information and create meaningful reports.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills across Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and capability to work under deadlines.
- Experience with planning tools such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or similar systems.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the capacity to support cross regional operations.
Requires Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Experience preparing reports and building presentations.
- Experience with financial planning systems and ERP platforms (HFM, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in Shared Services or multinational environments is a plus.
