The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.


The Analyst, Human Resources Administration supports the U.S.-based Corporate Human Resources function with key operational activities and processes as part of a Global Shared Services model The Analyst partners closely with U.S.-based Corporate HR team and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with HR systems, data, and confidential team member information in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What you'll do

  • Talent Acquisition support: Support a range of TA activities including candidate sourcing, drafting offer letters, assisting with background checks, and managing ad hoc job postings. Maintain and update employer branding platforms, ensure accuracy of TA resources for franchisees, coordinate annual initiatives such as industry surveys, support franchise engagement in corporate TA offerings, and deliver weekly reporting.
  • Human Resources Administration support: Support a range of HR activities, including employment and remote verification requests, managing data change transactions, quarterly HR data audits, employee personnel file administration, new hire/rehire processing, and voluntary offboarding process. 

You'll be successful if you have

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transactional work accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow standardized processes while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines. 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential team member information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize based on urgency and service-level agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and ticketing tools preferred.
  • Strong service orientation and continuous improvement mindset.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or operational support roles.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes or working in a shared services environment is strongly preferred. 
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
