Dirigir estratégicamente las operaciones financieras y administrativas, implementando prácticas efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad. Garantizar la integridad de los registros contables, la eficiencia en la gestión de recursos y la toma de decisiones informadas basadas en análisis financiero. 

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

  • Supervisar la preparación y análisis de estados financieros para garantizar la precisión y la integridad de la información contable
  • Desarrollar y mantener políticas financieras efectivas que cumplan con las normativas y regulaciones aplicables
  • Dirigir la gestión de flujo de efectivo, presupuestos y previsiones financieras
  • Asegurar la aplicación correcta de los principios contables y normativas fiscales
  • Supervisar auditorías internas y externas, colaborando estrechamente con auditores para garantizar la conformidad y abordar hallazgos relevantes
  • Implementar y mantener sistemas contables eficientes y actualizados
  • Supervisar las operaciones administrativas diarias para optimizar la eficiencia y la efectividad
  • Gestionar recursos financieros y materiales de manera estratégica, garantizando un uso eficiente y responsable
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la coherencia en las prácticas administrativas y operativas
  • Contribuir a la formulación y ejecución de la estrategia financiera de la empresa
  • Realizar análisis financiero para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y proponer mejoras continuas
  • Evaluar oportunidades de eficiencia en los procesos financieros y administrativos
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con instituciones financieras, proveedores y otros socios comerciales
  • Negociar contratos y acuerdos financieros en beneficio de la organización
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables, fiscales y legales relevantes
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en las regulaciones financieras y proponer ajustes necesarios

Educación & experiencia

  • Graduado de Contador público (deseable), Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
  • Manejo de paquete Office
  • Inglés avanzado (deseable)
  • Experiencia en puesto similar de 3 años
  • Excelentes capacidades comunicativas verbales y escritas
