Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Coordinator, Finance & Administration LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos AiresArgentina.

Propósito

Analizar las tareas de liquidación de nómina, con el fin de asegurar una correcta aplicación de la normativa vigente y política de la empresa, para las nóminas corporativas. Realizar acciones que optimicen el seguimiento y control de los costos del personal. Cumplir con el calendario impositivo vigente, enviando información relevante y controlando liquidaciones mensuales y anuales. Dar soporte contable para el registro de las operaciones de las compañías corporativas tanto en libros locales como en libros corporativos. 

 

Principales tareas & responsabilidades

  • Administrar y controlar liquidación de los sueldos y las cargas sociales, cumpliendo con el marco legal en los tiempos estipulados por la ley. Tanto de personal permanente como eventual
  • Armar informes para estados de resultados con el objetivo de controlar el proceso de liquidación y el pago de cargas sociales y sindicatos
  • Seguimiento, análisis y pago de los cargos a medicina prepaga. Reclamos de diferencias y desviaciones
  • Análisis y seguimiento de retenciones a la renta personal (Impuesto a la 4ta categoría)
  • Gestión e impresión de los libros ley (resumen contable de las liquidaciones emitidas) para las diferentes sociedades cumpliendo con los requisitos vigentes
  • Seguimiento y control de la mora, con recuperó de los días caídos por accidentes de trabajo. Manejo de la plataforma digital
  • Confección y seguimiento de cuentas de provisiones, como ser, vacaciones, bonificaciones y aguinaldo. Realizar los ajustes correspondientes al área contable
  • Envío y control de información para liquidación de impuestos mensuales y anuales al estudio impositivo. De igual forma, armado de soportes contables al cierre
  • Responsable del registro y control de registros contables inherentes a la operación de las entidades corporativas de la compañía. De igual forma, del armado de soportes de acuerdo a los lineamientos corporativos

Experiencia & Conocimientos

-Graduado de la carrera de Contador Público o estudiante avanzado, cursando el último o los dos últimos años de la carrera 

-Dos años de experiencia en liquidación de sueldos 

-Dos años de experiencia en área contable 

-Conocimiento de LCT y Convenios  

-Conocimiento de Ganancias, IVA e Ingresos Brutos 

-Excel Avanzado
