Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Intern, Accounts Payable to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Propósito
El Inter, Accounts Payable será responsable de procesar las facturas y comprobantes autorizados por los gerentes de cada hotel para luego confeccionar las órdenes de pago e informar al proveedor de la disposición del mismo.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades
- Ingresar en el sistema las facturas y comprobantes de los gastos realizados en los hoteles. Verificar que los mismos sean válidos y estén autorizados por quien corresponde
- Cotejar los gastos ingresados en el sistema con los ingresos facturados según el respaldo correspondiente
- Verificar que las facturas de servicios se ingresen en sistema antes de su vencimiento. (del 01 al 15 del mes) y que estén en debito automático ya sea de banco o Tarjeta corporativa
- Controlar informe de sistema
- Responder las consultas de los proveedores vía mail o telefónica
Educación y experiencia
- Estudios universitarios promediando carrera
- Ingles intermedio
- Conocimiento del paquete Office
- Saber trabajar bajo presión
- Análisis de los procesos
- Orientación al cliente
- Trabajo en equipo
- Comunicación eficaz
- Sistema de gestión ERP (no excluyente)
