Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Finance & Administration LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos AiresArgentina.

Propósito

Coordinar el equipo de Administración LatamC y la revisión contable sobre los registro de las operaciones de las compañías corporativas de LatamC tanto en libros locales como en libros corporativos, y el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de requerimientos externos e internos de índole legal, fiscal, administrativo o de reporte.

Deberá supervisar y dar seguimiento de las cobranzas a hoteles franquiciados y gerenciados, así como tener el seguimiento y control de administraciones de hoteles Gerenciados.

Realizará auditoria de hoteles Gerenciados y Franquiciados en contacto directo con Departamento de Auditoria de US.

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Supervisar el armado de los Estados Financieros Individuales y consolidados, así como otros reportes y obligaciones requeridos, bajo normas locales con el fin de cumplir con las normas y leyes locales

 

Supervisar y armar los Estados Financieros Individuales y Consolidados, así como otros reportes requeridos, bajo normas US GAAP, con el objetivo de cumplir con la política Wyndham y las normas de la SEC

 

Supervisar y dar seguimiento de las cobranzas a hoteles franquiciados y gerenciados

 

Supervisar y dar seguimiento del proceso de Nómina de las entidades corporativas LatamC

 

Supervisar el proceso de registro contable, impuestos, pagos y cobros. Dar soporte a otros asociados del departamento para mantener la contabilidad al día con información clara y completa

 

Analizar los procedimientos de administración y finanzas en los hoteles para detectar e incluir mejoras con el fin de participar en unificación de prácticas de grupo, brindar soporte a las administraciones

 

Realizar proceso de Auditoria general de hoteles Gerenciados y Franquiciados

 

Educación & experiencia

  • Profesional recibido de las carreras de Contador Público/ Administración de Empresas
  • Manejo de sistema de Gestión BAS
  • Manejo de sistema de gestión Oracle
  • Manejo de Aplicativos entorno Afip
  • Excel avanzado
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Experiencia en tareas similares de 2 años
  • Manejo de equipos
