The Role
This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Senior Analyst, Learner Engagement is responsible for working with U.S.-based Training and Development Wyndham University (WU) function within a Global Shared Services model, in shaping and executing the learner-facing experience across WU learning programs and platforms. This role focuses on creation and maintenance of website/webpages, branding, communications, as well as building strategy and plans for engagement experiences to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained participation in learning offerings for both corporate team members and franchisees.
The Senior Analyst partners closely with program/project stakeholders as well as the WU program teams, Communications, and learning platform teams to design compelling program branding, develop multi-channel communications, manage learning platform user experience, and execute targeted engagement campaigns. The role also plays a key role in synthesizing learner data and insights into clear, compelling narratives through frequent learner reviews. This position requires strong creative, analytical, graphic, and storytelling skills, along with the ability to translate data and strategy into impactful learner experiences.
What you'll do
- Support, sustain, and develop the creation of WU learning program/initiative branding and naming conventions.
- Design, develop, write and distribute learner-facing program communications for team members and franchisees.
- Manage and develop content, design, programming, and engaging user experiences across learning promotion platforms (websites, web pages, LMS, etc.).
- Develop, design, execute and provide ongoing management of campaigns for learning programs and strategize to solve for engagement solutions (ex: low participation).
- Create and execute frequent learner communications on program/initiative summaries by analyzing data and crafting learner narratives.
- Design, develop, and provide ongoing support of continuous improvement initiatives related to learner engagement, communications effectiveness, and platform experience.
- Participate in cross-functional learning initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Provide strategy, planning, design and execution for large companywide programs that partner. with WU such as Elevate and Global Conference for tradeshow booths and other ways WU will be showcased during these events.
- Strategize, design and manage design files and vendor relationships for giveaways or other program logistical materials (PM covers, signage, etc.).
- Strategize and source for new as well as manage existing relationships with third party vendor tools and resources that are used within WU for learner engagement.
You'll be successful if you have
- Strong writing, visual communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate learning strategies into engaging learner-facing content.
- Experience designing communications across multiple formats (digital, web, visual, written).
- Ability to create and maintain website pages used for specific program or project initiatives.
- Strong attention to learner experience, usability, and engagement principles.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering with key project stakeholders as well as ability to provide as well as receive feedback, negotiate for timelines and deliverable mediums that support project/initiative asks and manage multiple rounds of changes due to feedback or other changes to include from a legal perspective.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with learning platforms, content management systems, communication platforms, and other design tools.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in learner engagement, learning communications, learning marketing, instructional support, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Learning Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
- Experience designing communications across multiple formats (digital, web, visual, written).
- Strong attention to learner experience, usability, and engagement principles.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and narratives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with learning platforms, content management systems, communication platforms, and other design tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes or working in a shared services environment is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
