Propósito

El Director de Operaciones de Centro América y Caribe, apoya la misión general del equipo de Operaciones de Franquicias al cultivar relaciones con los propietarios, entendiendo sus metas y necesidades individuales mientras reconoce la singularidad de cada hotel. El DFO optimiza el rendimiento de los propietarios mediante la entrega de soluciones innovadoras y recursos relevantes utilizando nuestra experiencia y red en toda la organización.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

  • Impulsar la participación de los propietarios para alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento y aumentar la satisfacción de los franquiciados
  • Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con clientes externos para educar, motivar e influir en la adopción de herramientas y recursos para mejorar el rendimiento
  • Analizar datos para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias que amplíen las oportunidades de generación de ingresos, impulsen el crecimiento y el rendimiento
  • Lograr los objetivos anuales de servicio, rendimiento y KPI para impactar la rentabilidad de WHR
  • Visitar a cada propiedad del portafolio definido y realizar Auditorías de QA anuales
  • Comunicar las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes internos y externos
  • Manejo de quejas y sugerencias de los clientes de manera eficiente y efectiva

Educación y experiencia

  • Estudios en Hotelería, Turismo o carreras afines
  • 5 años de experiencia progresiva en un hotel o campo relacionado
  • Experiencia en gestión de múltiples propiedades, incluyendo corporativas
  • Certificaciones de la industria
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para presentar material frente audiencias
