Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Development to join our team at WHG Mexico in Ciudad de MexicoN/A.

Propósito

Es responsable del desarrollo de todas las marcas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en la Ciudad de México. El rol incluirá todos los aspectos del desarrollo, como la investigación de mercado, la búsqueda y selección de proyectos potenciales; supervisar el análisis del potencial de los proyectos; preparar contratos y obtener la aprobación interna

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Construir relaciones productivas con propietarios y franquicias, tanto nuevas como existentes con el fin de aumentar el número de habitaciones en México

 

Investigar cuentas, identificar actores clave y generar interés para luego pasar conexión a GSO a medida que se cultiva

 

Concretar transacciones y contratos para incrementar el pipeline y lograr los objetivos planteados  

 

Identificar oportunidades potenciales de crecimiento mediante la incorporación de nuevas propiedades a nuestro portafolio 

 

Gestionar sus viajes y gastos según el presupuesto anual y organizar sus actividades diarias 

 

Proporcionar términos comerciales clave para todo tipo de proyecto 

 

Ayudar a determinar el retorno de inversión en las iniciativas focalizadas 

 

Educación & experiencia

  • Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Bienes Raíces, Finanzas o disciplinas de hospitalidad
  • Experiencia previa en un entorno corporativo en la preparación y negociación de contratos gestionados o de franquicia es requerida
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas relacionadas con la industria
  • Disponibilidad para viajes dentro de México
  • Experiencia previa en la negociación o corretaje de contratos de franquicia, contratos de gestión hotelera, desarrollo inmobiliario y/o en el sector de la hospitalidad
  • Experiencia laboral en la industria hotelera a nivel hotelero o corporativo
  • Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
  • Debe tener habilidades informáticas y experiencia en el uso de todos los programas de Microsoft Office
