Propósito

El/la Gerente de Revenue Contribution & Distribución será responsable de liderar de manera integrada las estrategias de Revenue Management y Distribución durante el proceso de preapertura, apertura y retención de hoteles en LATAMC, garantizando la maximización de la contribución de ingresos, la competitividad comercial y el crecimiento sostenible de los canales directos e indirectos.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

  • Análisis de plaza, set competitivo, inputs basados en STR, Travel Click y demás información de mercado.
  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de pricing y posicionamiento competitivo.
  • Monitorear RevPAR Index y participación de mercado.
  • Asegurar alineación con metas de GOP, OCC y Budget.
  • Analizar desempeño por segmento y mix de canales.
  • Desarrollar planes de recuperación para hoteles con bajo desempeño.
  • Mapear estacionalidad, eventos y variables económicas del mercado.
  • Liderar estrategias de preventa y adquisición de demanda para aperturas de hoteles.
  • Diseñar e implementar tarifas promocionales de preapertura, incluyendo descuentos anticipados y ofertas de lanzamiento.
  • Garantizar la correcta carga y disponibilidad de las tarifas promocionales en todos los canales de distribución (CRS, GDS, OTAs, brand.com, voice y consorcios).
  • Asegurar participación activa en promociones y campañas de la marca para maximizar visibilidad y conversión.
  • Realizar capacitaciones en herramientas de Revenue Management para las propiedades.
  • Liderar estrategia multicanal: Brand.com, OTAs, GDS, Voice y WR
  • Garantizar paridad tarifaria entre todos los canales.
  • Monitorear ranking, visibilidad y conversión en OTAs.
  • Validar conectividad, carga de inventario y restricciones.
  • Garantizar readiness comercial antes del go-live.
  • Monitorear ramp-up de ingresos versus forecast.
  • Crear reportes de performance y planes de acción.
  • Ajustar estrategia conforme la evolución de la demanda.

Educación y experiencia

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Hotelería, Administración, Marketing, Turismo, Economía o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia: 5+ años en Revenue Management, Distribución o Marketing Digital hotelero.
  • Experiencia en aperturas y gestión de performance comercial será un diferencial.
  • Conocimientos: PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTAs, SEO, plataformas web, Excel avanzado.
