Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team at WHG Mexico in Ciudad de MexicoN/A.

Job Summary


This position provides a managed hotel General Manager with administrative support through the performance of a variety of secretarial functions.


Essential Job Functions

•    Assist General Manager with calendar management. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls, including booking meeting rooms and making food and beverage arrangements when necessary. Create agendas for meetings.  Resolve scheduling conflicts with General Manager approval.

•    Answer telephones. Direct calls and take messages.

•    Establish and maintain General Manager files.

•    Make travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.  Prepare and process with expense reports.

•    Team Support: Collaborate, assist and act as a resource. Other projects as needed. 

Education & Experience

Required Skills

•    Excellent written and oral communication skills

•    Excellent organizational and project management skills

•    Ability to work remotely in virtual environment (given COVID-19)

•    Strong attention to detail

•    Proficiency in Word, Excel, Workshare Compare and OPERA

•    Strong word processing skills

•    Positive attitude and adaptability

•    Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment

•    Able to take initiative and be proactive in handling matters

•    Capable to perform routine research

•    Ability to use diplomacy and discretion in relaying information

•    Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities, with the ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high pressure environment


Physical Requirements
General Requirements


•   Minimum of two years prior secretarial/administrative experience required

•   Languages: advanced level in English, Spanish and other languages ​​will be valued

•   Proficiency in Word, Excel, Workshare Compare and OPERA
