TRYP by Wyndham is now seeking a Ejecutivo de Reservas & Revenue to join our team at TRYP by Wyndham Asuncion in Asuncion, N/A.

Propósito

Manejar la bandeja de entrada del mail de reservas para los segmentos Particular, T&T y Corporativo, dándoles seguimiento para su correcta carga en el sistema hotelero, la gestión de su pago en base a las políticas de la cadena y la nominación de sus habitaciones

 

 

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

Responder y cotizar pedidos de reservas de acuerdo al tarifario vigente según el segmento para mantener un contacto fluido y personalizado con los clientes y concretar la mayor cantidad posible de reservas
 
 
Cargar reservas en el sistema hotelero 
 
 
Gestionar y solicitar pagos de reservas con vencimiento  
 
 
Nominar reservas antes de la fecha de Check-In 
 
 
Verificar que las reservas a futuro estén correctamente cargadas en sistema y corregirlas en caso de hallar errores para controlar que no haya errores de carga y que la disponibilidad reflejada en sistema sea la real
 
 
Implementar estrategias de revenue management para maximizar la ocupación y los ingresos, ajustando tarifas y disponibilidad según la demanda y las condiciones del mercado
 
 
 

Educación & experiencia

  • Terciarios/de Grado en curso/finalizado en áreas de Hotelería/Turismo 
  • Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones similares  
  • Idiomas: inglés avanzado y portugués intermedio 
  • Word, Excel intermedio
