Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a General Manager to join our team at Wyndham Foz Do Iguacu in  Foz de IguazúParaná.

Propósito

Planear e coordenar o funcionamento geral do hotel e das diferentes áreas que o integram, de acordo com as políticas da empresa, com o objetivo de alcançar a excelência no nível de serviço e rentabilidade pretendidos

Principais funções & responsabilidades

Liderar e coordenar todos os setores operacionais do hotel para atingir um desempenho eficiente, com o objetivo de prestar o melhor serviço ao cliente e alcançar a rentabilidade exigida do negócio

 

Liderar e inspirar os membros do EXCO e restante staff do hotel através de ações específicas de gestão, formação e reconhecimento do staff

 

Reúna e analise informações, prepare relatórios de Demonstração de Resultados e Previsão de Ocupação para tomar decisões relacionadas ao aumento da ocupação e rentabilidade do hotel

 

Supervisionar e controlar o faturamento do hotel para garantir o cumprimento do orçamento anual

 

Monitore as avaliações dos hóspedes para melhorar a reputação e os serviços online do hotel

 

Realizar reuniões regulares e acompanhar a equipa comercial em iniciativas que visem a promoção do negócio do imóvel

 

Educação & experiência

  • Preferencialmente Superior Completo / Bacharelado em Turismo e Hotelaria / Administração de Empresas
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em cargos similares
  • Habilidades de liderança
  • Conhecimento na operação de A&B próprio
  • Perfil analítico, operacional e com conhecimento em vendas
  • Gerenciamento do pacote Office
  • Nível intermediario de inglês
  • Gestão de PMS (Opera/Desbravador)
  • Disponibilidade imediata para início
