Planificar y coordinar el funcionamiento general del hotel y de las distintas áreas que lo componen, de acuerdo a las políticas de la compañía, con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia en el nivel de servicio y la rentabilidad buscada.

Principales funciones & responsabilidades


Liderar y coordinar todos los sectores operativos del hotel para lograr un desempeño eficiente, con el objetivo de brindar el mejor servicio al cliente y alcanzar la rentabilidad requerida del negocio


Liderar e inspirar a los miembros del EXCO y el resto del personal del hotel a través de acciones específicas de gestión, capacitación, y reconocimiento del personal


Recabar y analizar información, confeccionar informes de Estado de Resultado y Previsión de ocupación con el objetivo de tomar decisiones vinculadas a incrementar la ocupación y rentabilidad del hotel


Supervisar y controlar la facturación del hotel para asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto anual


Controlar los reviews de los huéspedes a fin de mejorar la reputación online y los servicios del hotel


Mantener reuniones periódicas y acompañar al equipo comercial en iniciativas tendientes a promover el negocio de la propiedad

Educación & experiencia


  • Preferentemente Terciarios completos / Licenciatura en Turismo y Hotelería / Administración de empresas
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares
  • Habilidades de liderazgo. Background en el área de ventas
  • Manejo del paquete Office
  • Nivel avanzado de idioma inglés
  • Manejo de PMS (Opera/Desbravador)
