Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Gerente de Contas to join our team at Wyndham Foz Do Iguacu in  Foz de IguazúParaná.

Propósito

Vendas de diárias, eventos e serviços do hotel, auxiliando os clientes na escolha. Informam sobre suas qualidades e vantagens de reserva. Realiza cotações administrando todo o processo de tarifa acordo, atendimento ao cliente via telefone, e-mail e whatsapp, particular, representante comercial, agência de turismo, operadoras, etc. Análise de mercado x concorrencia. Relaórios para gestão, com mais informações possíveis para tomada de decisão, acompanhamento junto com o cliente nos processos das vendas. Apoio a todos as equipes do Hotel. Participação de feiras nacional e internacional

Principais tarefas & responsabilidades

  • Elaborar propostas
  • Fornecer feedback e relatórios periódicos
  • Pesquisar o mercado, identificar oportunidades de eventos, hospedagens e demais serviços
  • Propor ideias ações de vendas e de relacionamento
  • Cooperar com marketing  para promover e divulgar o hotel
  • Participação em eventos de turismo, road shows e apresentações
  • Compartilhar informações com equipe de trabalho
  • Acompanhar processo da venda, curva “A”, promover e acompanhar site inspection

Técnica de vendas / Abordagem ao cliente / Oratória / Atendimentos

Cm net

Inglês intermédio / Espanhol (desejável)
