 is now seeking a Gerente de Ventas & Marketing to join our team at Wyndham Garden Cancun in CancúnQuinata Roo.

Propósito

Es responsable de diseñar y dirigir las estrategias de ventas por propiedad y asesorar a las áreas de ventas de los hoteles para asegurar la obtención del presupuesto anual, definido en el plan de negocios

Principales funciones y responsabilidades

Asegurar el logro de objetivos de ventas del plan de negocios

Se asegura de la correcta promoción del hotel, cumpliendo los objetivos de ocupación e ingresos establecidos

Promueve y vende el hotel con las casas de incentivos, negocios grupales nacionales, líneas aéreas regionales

Promueve y vende el hotel con las cuentas comerciales locales y refuerza la relación con cuentas regionales y corporativas

Atiende personalmente a todos los clientes que visiten el hotel en viajes de inspección a fin de materializar la venta

Validar las estrategias de ventas de los ejecutivos alineándose al plan mensual, así como verificar que estos sean viables y alcanzables

Participa “Blitz” corporativos, y en los eventos necesarios de acuerdo a las estrategias del hotel

Elabora semanalmente junto con la Dirección General, el pronóstico semanal de ocupación y tarifa, con el que tomara acciones inmediatas ante variaciones en la demanda

Educación & Experiencia

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Hotelería y Turismo

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Ventas de Hotel
  • Conocimiento de sistema Opera
  • Habilidades de negociación
  • Estrategias de Ventas
  • Altas habilidades de comunicación
  • Capacidad de análisis y síntesis 
  •  Inglés mínimo 80%
