Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team at Hotel Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort & Spa in Bairro CarazalGramado, RS.

Propósito

Acompanhamento de tarifas em canais de venda on-line, sugerir estratégias de pricing, recomendar ações para otimização das vendas, analisar dinâmica tarifária da cesta competitiva e  desenvolvimento de relatórios

Principais funções e responsabilidades

  • Elaborar a previsão de demanda e receita do hotel garantindo sua precisão
  • Elaboração e acompanhamento de ferramentas de analise de dados diários (calendário estratégico, evolução das demandas, kpis da área) para incremento de receita com menor custo de distribuição
  •  Acompanhamento e evolução dos concorrentes com market share e análises diárias
  • Acompanhar as tendências de mercado de acordo com o comportamento do consumidor e segmentação de mercado, buscando insights para maximizar a receita do hotel
  • Realizar estudos sobre preços, mix de clientes / canais, comportamento da demanda a fim de elaborar propostas de tarifas, disponibilidade e demais condições de venda, para os diferentes canais e clientes, com base no histórico, expectativas de demandas e tendências de mercado, considerando os diferenciais da marca
  • Elaboração e acompanhamento de forecast/ projeção de receitas
  • Elaboração e preparação de tarifários e calendários anuais

Educação e experiência

 
  • Formação Superior em Hotelaria, Turismo, Marketing e/ou áreas relacionadas
  • Desejável experiência mínima de 3 anos na area de Revenue Management em empresas do seguimento hoteleiro ou operações nas areas de reservas e distribuição comerical, atuando com monitoramento, analise de receitas e indicadores
  • Excel avançado e pacote office
  • Conhecimento de estatística e processos de cálculos matemáticos
  • Conhecimento do mercado hoteleiro, assim como canais de distribuição hoteleiros
  • Inglês e espanhol em nível intermediário
  • Conhecimento em omnibees, opera e extranet
  • Conhecimento em práticas de e-commerce
