Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Hotel Program Operations and Data Analyst to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

 

Signature Reservation Services (SRS) is a service designed for hotels to forward reservation calls to the contact centers.

 

This position will support critical day to day operations of the SRS program.  The position will be responsible for key overall program tracking and data management for SRS reporting. This role will have the opportunity to use data to analyze SRS performance, analyze results, identify opportunity areas, support sales strategies, and help prepare thoughtful read-outs to leadership.  This role will be key in providing important reporting and analysis that is necessary for overall program maintenance and to support operational efficiencies through our global Contact Centers.  This role will also help provide additional support for marketing of the SRS program.

 

Responsibilities

 

Program Operations/Sales Support:

  • Provide back end operational telecom on-boarding support for hotels to ensure proper set up on SRS
  • Partners with internal contact center groups to provide accurate hotel level information to SRS agents
  • Manage and track operational tasks
  • Update and support marketing and sales support materials, presentations, etc.

 

Data Reporting and Development: Deploy performance reporting for Contact Center teams; liaison with Strategic Planning & Analysis on behalf of team to ensure accurate overall program support, ensuring reporting is clear, timely, accurate and accessible.

  • Manage key SRS program reporting for hotels (current/exits/program changes) to ensure accurate tracking and internal and external reporting program participation and results
  • Prepares/communicates results for program

 

Data Analytics / Business Intelligence: Support and provide analysis of performance results and identify internal and external trends for integration into business insights

 

 

Education & Experience

 

Experience/Certificates/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of hotel operations experience or similar work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in business analytics, business intelligence or business operations; Contact Center experience is a plus

 

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to own a process from start to finish
  • Good working knowledge of data sources
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong time management skills are a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be willing to have fun!!!
