Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking an Analyst, IT Hotel Systems to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. 

Job Summary

The IT Hotel Systems Analyst at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts holds a key position to ensure that communication, processes, features and functionality flows efficiently between the WHR Team, Hotels and WHR’s IT solution partner. This position requires extensive operational experience with preference on-site hotel or resort experience and it manages and owns requirement process, support process, communications, knowledgebase and training processes for the Oracle Opera & SynXis distribution systems. This position is the key and primary account person from WHR’s team and the person will work closely with functional leads at WHR. This role is both hospitality operational and process slanted, but business acumen will be key to ensure that new and improved processes and procedures are driven and adopted by data and business needs. As this position is cross functional it will reside within the Information Technology department of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.


The position will be responsible for providing all aspects of technical support to our Managed hotels IT teams for system requirements including hardware, software, networks, applications and general technology maintenance and requests throughout the sub-region.  The roll will provide support to Franchise hotels on implementation of Wyndham Corporate systems, specifically PMS and interface links to relevant Wyndham Central Services. They will liaise closely with the teams based in Dubai, London and US HTCS to ensure that appropriate support is delivered to hotels and is completed within the frameworks and processes of the wider organization.   They will be the subject matter expert and sub-regional ‘go to person’ with regard to the processes required for key actions and problem resolution.

If a corporate office based associate, will assist in coordination of office IT needs in conjunction with the corporate IT function as may from time to time be required.


The IT Hotel Systems Analyst, EMEEA prime responsibility is to coordinate between hotels, WHR PMS vendors and SynXis to have hotels activated on TWI. They will be responsible for problem resolution and escalation as required to ensure attention from senior members of the team.  They will also be responsible for coordination system upgrades, version control and project management. The position may also require traveling and to be deputed as Task force for opening of hotels.
