Wyndham Grand is now seeking a Income Auditor to join our team at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter location in Jupiter, Florida

Job Summary

Performs daily Casino accounting work including, but not limited to, audits in the following areas; income, slot machine, table games, cage, slot vault, key control, cards, and dice inventory.

Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Required
  • Must be licensed by Puerto Rico Tourism Company
  • One to three years of progressive experience in casino or related knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures required
Physical Requirements
  • Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
  • Comply with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
  • Must be able to cross-train in other hotel related areas.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Fundamental Requirements
  • Comply at all times with Federal and local laws as they apply to this position.
  • Perform audits on the main bank, marker bank, fill bank, master gaming report, slot vault, key controls and cards and dice inventory.
  • Analyze Casino operating expenses and balance sheet account.
  • Assist in preparation of annual Casino budget.
  • Audit the comparative flash report to monitor accuracy of pit estimates.
  • Analyze chip liability.
  • Monitor overages and shortages of cashiers and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Organize, file and retain all Casino/Accounting paperwork.
  • Prepare Casino weekly and monthly forecast.
  • Prepare and post casino JE.
  • Prepares casino P&L statement.
