Days Inn by Wyndham Linhares is now seeking a Coordenador de Reservas to join our team at Days Inn by Wyndham Linhares in Linhares , Brazil.

Propósito

Garantir que o cliente seja bem atendido, que as reservas sejam feitas de forma correta, que a disponibilidade esteja certa no sistema e que todos os setores envolvidos, levantando informações de Flutuação de tarifas e análise tarifária

Principais funções e responsabilidades

Realizar a abertura e fechamento de canais como B2B, Synxis, Omnibees de acordo com a ocupação e disponibilidade no período
Realizar análise de estratégia tarifária via OTA Insight, verificando dados dos concorrentes, períodos com maior demanda. Este processo é fundamental para avaliarmos nossa estratégia e alterar valores. Esta atividade é diária
Acompanhar diariamente os dados de ocupação, através de relatórios e informações no VHF
Realizar atendimento telefônico e via whastapp de clientes particulares, agências e empresas
Dar suporte à recepção para situações que envolvam reservas no balcão ou negociação especial
Acompanhar prazos de grupos e reservas individuais, a fim de evitar cancelamentos ou inserções incorretas
Controlar diariamente os no-shows, verificando se as diárias serão cobradas das empresas parceiras ou não
Realizar a criação de códigos promocionais para eventos, grupos, empresas e ações de Marketing na Omnibees. Esta atividade é feita de acordo com a solicitação dos responsáveis envolvidos
Realizar a inserção de tarifas no VHF, de acordo com os acordos das empresas
Realizar a inserção de contratos no VHF para que as reservas sejam inseridas de forma correta, com os valores correspondentes
Acompanhar a flutuação de tarifas no Be Book, de acordo com a análise no OTA Insight e dados do sistema CM NET. Análise feita duas vezes ao dia, para que a alteração tarifária seja feita de forma dinâmica e eficiente
Participar de reuniões comerciais, sugerindo novas promoções ou pacotes especiais
Realizar resposta diária de mensagens de clientes nos portais da Booking, Expedia, Decolar e outros, para que nossa avaliação pública continue positiva e para que os clientes sejam sempre bem atendidos
Efetuar envio de informações de VIPS e outros clientes especiais para os setores envolvidos via ordem de serviço ou requerimento no sistema
 

Educação e experiência

  • Formação Acadêmica: Superior Completo - Administração, Hotelaria, Turismo e áreas correlatadas
  •  Inglês avançado
  • Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office
  • 2 anos de experiência em posição semelhante
