Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Feasibility Analyst EMEA to join our team in London, UK.


The Feasibility Analyst EMEA is responsible for conducting market research analysis, feasibility studies, franchise and management contract valuations, and coordination of the deal approval submission for the EMEA region, as required.


The Feasibility Analyst EMEA is required to have an understanding of the feasibility process and the Uniform System of Accounts, the principle of corporate finance and the principles of management and franchise agreements, as well as the services and products offered by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as owners, operators and developers. They will be required to undertake projects of great complexity and achieve high efficiency in delivering these projects. The Feasibility Analyst EMEA will also be expected to provide support and guidance when required to other members of the feasibility team. They will be involved in initiatives which will further develop the feasibility function, such as refining processes, and collecting and collating reliable and accurate data sources.

This person will be involved in complex and important procedures which directly impact the company’s strategy for growth and enhance financial performance. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The successful delivery of their tasks will enable projects to be delivered on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to produce sound projections of income and expenses
  • Working knowledge of regional hotel markets and international hotel brands
  • Knowledge of USALI
  • Ability to work on several projects or tasks simultaneously

  • Must be focused on delivering a positive customer experience and therefore able to create positive working relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Candidates should have 2 years of work experience in a hospitality environment, either in hotel operations, hotel consulting, investment, asset management or similar.
  • Proven basic comprehension of the fundamentals of hotel operations and hotel real estate development
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Competent user of the rest of Microsoft office programmes.
