Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking an Intern Development & Feasibility EMEA to join our team in London, UK.
The Internship
The Intern Development & Feasibility EMEA will be working as part of the EMEA Feasibility & Strategic Growth team, providing market analysis on potential opportunities as well as market trends. This position will also support the EMEA Development team with a variety of administrative duties in the areas of hotel development and development marketing. The Intern will work individually and alongside Interns from other corporate departments on business-critical projects to provide support and resources in line with the strategic priorities of the EMEA division.
Responsibilities
1. Hotel Development
Assist with general research and producing presentations for strategic projects and RFPs.
2. Development Marketing
Assist with the creation of new and updating existing brand collateral.
3. Feasibility and Strategic Growth
Assist with compiling and updating research to maintain relevance across the EMEA division. Assist with preparing local and national market surveys.
4. Ad hoc projects
5. Internship Group Project: all Interns will be involved in a business-critical project during their internship.
6. Support the employee engagement committee in organising activities/ initiatives under 3 pillars: People, Community and Sustainability.

The activities and contribution of the Intern Development & Feasibility EMEA will impact the performance of the business. They will act on behalf of the business to reduce risk by implementing company policies. They will be required to exercise sound judgment and integrity at all times to ensure confidentiality of protected information.

Experience and qualifications
- Degree (or studying towards) in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Real Estate or similar field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; an additional language would be an advantage.
- Must be a highly capable user of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Organisational Relationships
The Intern Development & Feasibility EMEA will report to the Head of Feasibility & Strategic Growth EMEA. They will also work closely with the EMEA Development team.
Compensation and benefits
- £21,000 gross per annum, prorated for the duration of the internship
- 25 days of holidays per annum (accrued basis)
