Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking an Intern Global Sales EMEA to join our team in London, United Kingdom.

The Internship

The Intern Global Sales EMEA will be part of the Global Sales Operations EMEA team to supporting in a variety of administrative duties and projects. Additional responsibilities include collecting and analyzing monthly/ quarterly room night and revenue reports as well as working individually or alongside other Interns from other corporate departments on business-critical projects.


1. Providing department level administrative support to the key clients though:
Sales Support:
o Managing weekly and monthly regular tasks for the team, including communications to internal and external parties
o Processing department invoices, stationary orders, distribution requests and other departmental tasks
o Managing client requests across various segments, assisting with leads and reporting as required
o Handling the administrative side of the Airline segment
o Providing administrative support to the GSO EMEA team on tradeshows and events
o Appropriate ad hoc tasks as required by the business

Sales Systems & Communication
o Utilizing internal and external sales systems and tools such as Salesforce Lightning, TravelClick, Cvent Transient, UpMail, and more
o Effective data storage management in SharePoint
o Working with the Team Leader - Sales Operations EMEA and the Marketing EMEA team to creation or update marketing initiatives, collateral and sales content including monthly newsletters
o Monitoring and managing the teamwide shared inbox

2. Providing administrative support on Airlines RFP as needed

3. Managing and responding to Wyndham website “Leads”

4. Working with the GSO EMEA team, hotels and clients to attain weekly/ monthly/ quarterly room night and revenue reports delivered as a result of GSO EMEA activities but delivered through “Non WHR” systems

5. Supporting segment projects and initiatives

6. Internship Project: All Interns are involved in a business-critical  project during their internship

Experience/ Certificates/ Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above (or studying towards) in Hospitality Management
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment either as part of an internship or, as a minimum, holiday work experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, especially of Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Other language skills are an advantage.
• MS Office Suite and Database Management would be helpful.
• Project management skills and high affinity towards data and technology would be helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

• £18,025 gross per annum, prorated for the duration of the internship
• 25 days of holidays per annum (accrued basis)
