 is now seeking a Manager, Human Resources to join our team at Wyndham Garden Cancun in CancúnQuinata Roo.

Propósito

El Gerente de Recursos Humanos tendrá dentro de sus principales responsabilidades el diseño de puestos, el proceso de reclutamiento, la gestión de las relaciones entre empleados, la gestión del rendimiento, la planificación y ejecución de la formación y desarrollo del equipo, y la gestión del talento. 

Principales tareas & responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de RR. HH, alineadas con la estrategia empresarial general
  • Tender puentes en las relaciones entre la dirección y los empleados ocupándose de las demandas, reivindicaciones y otros problemas
  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección
  • Desarrollar y controlar estrategias de RR. HH. generales, sistemas, tácticas y procedimientos en toda la organización
  • Supervisar y gestionar un sistema de evaluación del rendimiento que promueva un rendimiento alto
  • Mantener planes de pago y programas de beneficios
  • Valorar las necesidades de formación para aplicar y controlar programas de formación
  • Informar a la dirección y ofrecer apoyo en las decisiones a través de métricas de RR. HH
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento legal a lo largo de la gestión de los Recursos Humanos 
  • Dar seguimiento y asegurar los eventos internos de colaboradores sobre una línea del bienestar laboral
  • Responsable de gestionar la nómina de manera semanal y con base en el presupuesto establecido
  • Tiene a su cargo un asistente y es responsable de desarrollar el área de capacitación de la empresa 

Educación & Experiencia

  • Título o Certificado de Licenciatura Concluida en Ramas Afines al Turismo, Administración o Contabilidad 
  • Se valora por lo menos 1 año de experiencia como Jefe o Gerente de RRHH
  • Uso de programas basados en Windows; como Microsoft Word, Excel y Outlook
  • Capacidad de manejo de la dispersión de nómina 
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con diversos tipos de personalidades
  • Debe tener un registro limpio de conducir y licencia vigente
  • Obtención de las certificaciones requeridas a nivel local
