Wyndham Garden Muscat is now seeking a General  Accountant to join our team.

Job Summary

The General Accountant is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting staff, ensuring that highly productive and well-trained staff is always maintained.  The General Accountant ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the financial reporting and Accounting functions while providing information and assistance to the Financial Controller. He/she is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owner’s/investors assets.

 

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of two years in a similar role in same role.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Sun financials, Sun-Vision, FBM, Bayan payroll system, opera PMS and micros symphony 
  • Excellent and comprehensive knowledge as Income Auditor, Accounts Receivable.
  • A commerce graduate
