Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Sr. Administrator, Salesforce to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator position will be responsible for all aspects of administration, custom configuration, testing, user support, documentation and training utilizing the Salesforce.com platform to improve Franchise Sales and Operations business objectives. This role will work collaboratively with Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts to implement custom applications for Salesforce.com and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to identify, diagnose, resolve technical problems, escalate problems, track problems appropriately, maintain user’s profiles, roles/security model, reporting and analytics, standard and custom configuration,  data management, and installation of AppExchange Apps.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide on-going Salesforce.com systems administration and custom configuration. Manage internal and external user access and security, account hierarchy, standard and custom objects, data management, process builder, work flow and approvals.
  2. Design, implement, test and deploy Salesforce.com solutions using standard and custom configuration. Work with DevOps Tools, Copado, to conduct releases throughout the pipeline and assuring the integrity of metadata changes.
  3. Work with business units to develop customized reports and dashboards while ensuring accuracy of data.
  4. Responsible for data integrity managing automated and manual data feeds, de-duplication, cleansing and resolving data issues.
  5. Manage sandbox environments and change management processes. 
  6. Configuration and management of 3rd party AppExchange applications.
  7. Remain current on new Salesforce features and best practices and drive adoption.
     

Complexity

This role will be responsible of Salesforce administration and configuration of enhancement requests/production support issues on the Salesforce.com platform to improve business performance for WHR Operations. The role will have no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Scope/Financial Responsibility

Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration will be capitalized and managed thru the IT project management demand process and tracked thru clarity. This role will have no financial responsibilities.

 

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills

•    Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration with detailed working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
•    Knowledge of Einstein Analytics is a Plus
•    Knowledge of Agile methodology.
•    Familiar with Salesforce Mobile Application
•    Ability to analyze and creatively solution complex business problems
•    Ability to review, create, update process documentation
•    Strong analytics skills and experience developing custom reports and dashboards
•    Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills
•    Experience using data migration tools (ie., Data Loader, CRM Fusion)
•    Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
•    Organized, detail oriented, and results driven
•    Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects

 

Experience/Certificates/Education

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
•    Salesforce.com ADM-201 Certification required
•    5 - 7 years’ hands on Salesforce Administration experience

 

Reporting Structure

This role will report directly to Edith Butler, Sr. Manager of Salesforce Administration.
