The Role
This position supports the overall strategy for Corporate Travel and Card programs. Major focus will be attributed to vendor management, program operation, implementation & expansion into key markets, policy compliance, card management, traveler experience and traveler safety/security. The candidate will be responsible to deliver comprehensive analytics reports that include financial metrics and variance analysis into spending patterns. The role is essential in identifying opportunities for improvement of the travel and corporate programs.
This position will work closely on projects that drive programs growth and help achieve identified strategic goals.
What you'll do
- Issuing and closing corporate credit cards (P-Card, Travel & Expense), as well as troubleshooting and resolving card issues (declines, limits, missing payments, etc.)
- Monitoring and management of past due accounts
- Delivery of analytics reporting on card program
- Oversee day to day operations for the company Corporate Travel with a focus on process improvement, customer service, associate inquiries, driving compliance and supporting and improving applicable booking tools
- Ensuring that vendors deliver agreed upon services by measuring performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and addressing shortfalls
- Own the policy communication and compliance for all corporate travel and card services
- Compliance with all internal controls and procedures established to maintain the integrity of the programs

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality or similar area
- Prior experience with accounts payable, procurement and company policies, controls and best practices.
- Strong Excel skills
