The Role
The role of the Analyst, Operations Solutions & Standards at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations Solutions & Standards. This key role will assist in the maintenance and integrity of our brand standards across all WHR brands globally, as well as identify opportunities, improve current processes, and support brand initiatives to help drive owner engagement.
This role will also assist with project management related to various Franchise Operations and quality, Sourcing, and Brand Operations initiatives.
What you'll do
- Assist in the maintenance and integrity of brand standards across all WHR brands globally. Includes supporting new brand integrations, brand standards release workflow assistance, Adobe Experience Manager authoring, UAT, site troubleshooting, suggesting enhancements for franchisee user experience and efficient site maintenance.
- Provide project implementation support related to various Franchise Operations & Quality, Sourcing, and Brand Operations initiatives.
- Analyze data from industry research and the QA/compliance/waiver system to identify opportunities to help support business decisions that drive increased guest satisfaction, owner engagement and reduced owner operating expenses.
- Partner with the Sourcing, Communications, and other franchisee facing teams, to review franchisee facing materials to ensure alignment with Brand Standards.
- Assist in the execution of the Global Property Awards and other brand initiatives that drive owner engagement and recognition internally, as well as externally.
- Develop creative operational materials that support various franchisee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work (Business, Hospitality, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years hospitality – related financial or analytical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite products (e.g. building, editing, and adding formulas to PDF’s).
- Knowledge in use of creative programs such as Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Content Management system).
