The Role
Coordinator, Franchise Administration - Licensing is responsible for the facilitation of the franchise contracting process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the review of franchise applications for conversion and new construction contracts, management of the applicant approval and contract negotiation process, preparation of Franchise and Ancillary Agreements, systematic contract data management in Salesforce and Oracle. Coordinator, Franchise Administration - Licensing will report to Direct- Franchise Administration
What you'll do
- Gather information and all required legal documentation associated with a franchisee application for new construction or conversion hotels, organization of the application due diligence and contract approval process, drafting of contract related documents and amendments to complete the contracting process.
- Responsible for follow-up on all licensing/franchising activities related to conversions and new constructions hotels for all Wyndham hotel brands in an assigned region. This includes significant written correspondence with franchise development, legal and finance departments to ensure all contract terms are approved, written and systematically documented with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for the data integrity of all auditable information related to franchise contracts within Oracle and Salesforce (data management systems). Accountable for maintaining and updating franchisee information and franchise contract terms.
- Independently manage the franchise contract administration process in Oracle & Salesforce, while directly communicating with the sales organization to advise as to the status of assigned contracts within the contract administration process lifecycle.
- Research contract information and accurately provide details on contract terms through written and verbal communication methods, including participation in data integrity and business initiative driven projects needed to assist in decision-making for the legal, finance, sales and operations team.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage time wisely to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Two year degree in business or legal related field (Paralegal certificate is advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and electronic signing tools.
- Salesforce, Oracle or other equivalent database management tools experience.
- Experience working with sensitive proprietary documentation and data.
- Working knowledge of contract drafting and review skills.
