The Role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Digital Operations Intern in our Digital Operations team. The role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & Production with their daily activities.  The Digital Marketing & Production team is responsible for supporting our email marketing program, including SMS and Push activities.  The team works closely with our Brand, Customer Engagement, and Customer Relationship Management teams to ensure a solid communication strategy with our loyalty members. 

What you'll do

  • Support the email operations team with the creation of briefs and timelines, working closely with internal partners and external vendors to execute our email strategy.
  • Ensure all deliverables are received and passed along to our existing agencies to keep timelines on track for our BAU and targeted email series.
  • Assist in the creation of a monthly report to stakeholders demonstrating the value of the email program.
  • Support the creation of critical timelines for cross-channel communication strategies, learning essential project management skills.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or related field.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
  • Completed coursework in marketing, digital, communications or related field.
  • Completed at least one internship in related field.
