The Role
The Director, Co-Brand Cards will be joining an exciting and growing team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, charged with growing and optimizing the U.S. credit card program. In this role, the candidate will drive program growth through new features and benefits, lead program reporting/analytics, and establish go-forward operational and financial processes to ensure excellence. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the most impactful initiatives and partnerships at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
What you'll do
- Manage the development and implementation of new card features and benefits to drive long-term card program growth. This includes opportunity identification, impact assessment, liaising with technical teams, and overall project management.
- Lead credit card program reporting and analytics through optimizing/automating existing reporting, identifying gaps, and establishing new reporting tools/processes.
- Manage various internal audit requirements and controls, serving as strategic liaison across key stakeholder teams across finance, accounting, internal audit, and external partners.
- Drive process improvements to improve program effectiveness and reduce errors. This includes streamlining the collection and management of merchant category codes.
- Support the overall management of high-profile and dynamic partnerships with bank issuers, payment networks, and strategic partners.
- Partner across the co-brand team and marketing organization on various marketing initiatives.
You'll be successful if you have
- Proven track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities. Background in finance, data analytics, and operations a plus.
- Ability to build and manage high-profile strategic relationships.
- Experience with financial products and/or credit card programs is a plus.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- A strategic thinker who can work quickly and execute independently.
- Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
- Appetite and enthusiasm to work as part of a team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other.
- Collaborative and curious mindset, open to exploring new ways of doing things.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in project management.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a
20% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
