Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a International Contracts Coordinator to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

 

As an International Contracts Coordinator, you will communicate closely with global satellite offices and support several functional areas including but not limited to legal, operations, finance and compliance.  You will maintain and monitor the progress of a large number of files at any given time, ensuring strict compliance with our audit requirements.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of franchise and management agreements to affect renewals, transfers, new deals and conversions. 
  • Compose letters and prepare temporary operators’ agreements, amendments, and assignment and assumption agreements for international Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties. 
  • Perform compliance activities including preparation of default and termination letters and related follow up activities.
  • Research terms and conditions as set forth in the agreements and as needed by Contract Administration leadership, regional attorneys or senior management. 
  • Follow-up on all licensing/compliance functions with development (sales) team and operations team. 
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating franchisee information such as application information, system fees, effective/execution dates, and maintenance of information related to all licensing deals and compliance tasks.
  • Support team members in review of documents and audits of system information.
  • Develop and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships.
  • Assist in special projects as needed.

 

Education & Experience

 

  • College Degree (BA, BS) and 1-2 years administration experience desired in a franchised service industry
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high level of attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to compose correspondence quickly and accurately
  • Must show ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency while working efficiently/effectively under pressure
  • Must be an independent self-starter who can also work well with a team to accomplish tasks
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or Salesforce a plus
  • Bilingual (Brazilian Portuguese and/or Spanish) preferred
