Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Central Systems: Governance & Operations to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Manager of CRS Governance and Operations has responsibility for ensuring that properties and brands adhere to rate and inventory brand standards.  The team member will assist in leading rate and inventory projects, technology enhancements and issue resolution.  Also acts as an escalation point for property and brand rate and inventory questions and issues.  

1    Serve as management lead for all rate & inventory initiatives, including mass rate builds, brand rate plan audits and new rate programs for all WH&R brands. Which includes: EUAT Set Up and Testing, Rules Engine set up and modifications and Scheduling Audit Exception Reports    
2    Organize and maintain the department documentation such as: eCRS Functionality Reference Document, eCRS & SPH user Matrix, COE in support of COE strategy, posting rate plan master    
3    Develop best practices for all WH&R standard rate programs.  
4    Attend internal meetings to develop rate program changes, rate program additions, and to answer rate/inventory related questions.     
5    Work directly with Saint John, NB operations team to provide direction, standards, and best practices as it applies to the above items.     
6    Work with brands and properties on escalated rate & inventory issues 
•    Problems/challenges – This person will manage the execution of all enterprise rate builds and the customer service effort for specified brands and department focus. This will require effective communication and follow-up throughout the organization.
•    Guidelines/procedures – This person will ensure that brand pricing & inventory standards and SRP business rules are appropriately enforced.  The Manager will develop rules and remediation requirements for new SRP programs. They will also lead the project management implementation for specified brands.
•    Decision Making – The Manager will serve as the primary escalation point for all WH&R Revenue Management related technology enhancements or issues.  He/She will be expected to provide swift resolution in an autonomous fashion.

Scope/Financial Responsibilities

•    Lead the mass rate loading effort throughout the enterprise and from a Government and Operations - point of contact rules and standards, system enhancements or technology issues.

•    Must be able to work with and understand basic financial information, data, and basic arithmetic functions.
•    Must be able to utilize computer functions within Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Browser and any other systems that may be designated by the company.
•    Perform other duties as requested by management.
•    Attend meetings/training as required by management.

Education & Experience

•    Four Year Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
•    Two to four years experience in the travel industry
•    Knowledge of Wyndham systems (i.e. PMS. Salesforce & Sabre CRS) strongly preferred
•    Revenue Management experience strongly preferred
•    Strong analytical ability; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•    Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office; specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
