Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Data Analysis to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

Manager Data Analysis- Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Parsippany, New Jersey.  Working with BAs, Data IT team and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement; Leading a team of data analysts; Creating reports for internal teams and/or external clients; Collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data; Using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data; Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions; Structuring large data sets to find usable information; Working with a team of analysts and other associates to process information; Creating presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings; and Serving as subject matter expert and provide ad hoc data for Reporting, Finance, PMS and CR Vendors.

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required exp./skills. Must have the following certifications:  AWS Certified Solution Architect – Associate; AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner; and Six Sigma Data Analytics Certified Professional;  Five (5) years of experience utilizing relational databases (Oracle) and design; Five (5) years of experience with any one or combination of: SQL or PL-SQL; Four (4) years of experience with any one or combination of: JIRA, Confluence, Blueprint or BlueDolphin; three (3) years of experience with Warehouse data analysis; and three (3) years of experience with any one or combination of: Assyst, ServiceNow.

General Requirements

May work from home within commuting distance to office (must be in office minimum three days per week).

Salary $142,833.60/ yr. (based on a 35 hrs./week).
