The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Business Development & Operations, this candidate will be part of a dynamic team, charged with expanding our partnership footprint to create new revenue streams, build audience, and drive member engagement, for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
The Manager will implement and manage new partnerships, point-transfer programs, data monetization partnerships, and implement new earn partnerships for the company’s award-winning Wyndham Rewards loyalty program. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive revenue, execute marketing plans, and technology integrations. 

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, including go-to-market strategy, promotions, operations, and financial reporting.
  • Prioritize and develop strategies to optimize revenue growth for partners to cultivate a clear and focused plan to ensure revenue goals and KPI’s by partner are met.
  • Manage the successful implementation of new partnerships. 
  • Support Senior Director, Partner Business Development & Operations on delivering regular business reviews with partners.
  • Manage partner invoicing and accruals with the Finance/Analytics team.

  • Proven track record of optimizing and growing account/partner revenue. 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation ability.
  • A strategic thinker who can work quickly and execute independently.
  • Ability to succeed in an environment of significant decision-making and autonomy.
  • Highly organized project management experience with the ability to develop, articulate, and operationalize.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
  • Appetite and enthusiasm to work as part of a team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other.
  • Collaborative and curious mindset, open to exploring new ways of doing things.
  • Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using data to drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of senior-level account/partner management experience handling multiple high-tough relationships at one time.
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions, Data Monetization agencies and/or loyalty platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually.

 

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 15% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
