Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Operations Solutions & Standards to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Operations Solutions & Engagement team is seeking a motivated, collaborative team player to support largescale, high-impact franchisee initiatives and ongoing processes spanning across Brand Standards, Sourcing, Operations and Quality. This role will assist in the successful launch of global brand standards releases while also providing project management support for various Operations & Quality initiatives. The Manager will also partner with the Sourcing Engagement team to support Sourcing promotions and initiatives as well as vendor account management. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who excels in a fast-paced environment and is able to pick up and lead assignments autonomously with demonstrated cross-functional leadership abilities. This position will also support key franchisee engagement initiatives, including developing and distributing assets that clearly demonstrate the WHR operations value proposition to owners.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Brand Standards process and content support including request intake/workflow process, content authoring, streamlining of digital content, process development to operationalize standards at the hotel level and internally for WHR teams.
  2. Support the development and refinement of internal WHR operational processes and SOP’s while leading cross functional teams in projects from start to finish.
  3. Assist in the development and rollout of assets for franchisee engagement initiatives (communications, digital enhancements, presentations/webinars, flyers, newsletters, etc.)
  4. Partner with the Sourcing Engagement team by supporting account management, drive awareness of promotions, and create helpful tools and resources for hotels and internal teams.
  5. Interact with various WHR senior leaders as well as external companies and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
  6. Support the development of presentations as needed for internal teams and leadership.

•    Creation of clear, concise assets to explain to franchisees the value of WHR
