Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Regional Revenue to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

This position works closely with all Corporate Directors of Revenue Management in setting effective rate strategies based on current trends, available inventory and market demand with the ultimate goal of increasing their assigned Inns revenues and market share. Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems, methods, and techniques to support Revenue Management activities and responsibilities in the field and at the regional and corporate levels. This includes development of metrics, generation and review of reports, pricing, and implementation of strategies across channels to maximize profitability by property and region. Provide detailed market analysis and assist the Revenue Management team in setting effective pricing strategies which would increase room revenues for the hotels. Work in partnership with the SVP and Directors to generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports. Responsible for creation of Excel spreadsheets to assist in analyzing trends and hotel performance.  The travel requirements will include corporate department meetings up to 10%.

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Finance, or Economics


  • 1-2 years Analytical experience within the Hospitality Industry (Revenue Management, Front Office Operations)

  • Working conditions of the position are a normal office situation.

  • Requires travel, excluding overnight stays.
  • Overnight travel is required 20% of the time.

  • Analytic:  Supervision is present to establish and review broad objectives relative to basic position duties or divisional responsibilities.  Independent judgment is required to study previously established, often partially relevant guidelines; plan for various interrelated activities; and coordinate such activities within a work unit /division or while completing a project.
  • The job is expected to effectively respond to and handle unfamiliar situations with some supervisory guidance.
  • Entry Professional Skills:  Requires entry-level knowledge of theories and practices of a professional field (e.g., fiscal, quality assurance, infection control, etc.).  This level of skill is typically reserved for an individual with a four-year degree, or a high-level vocational skill demonstrated by a number of years of on-the-position experience (i.e., management).  Writes reports using technical data requiring considerable interpretation, developing new methods and procedures.  Frequently applies knowledge to practical issues and problems.

Fundamental Requirements

  • Ad-hoc analyses for Revenue Management Department
  • Forecasting, STR Analysis, 3rd Party Report Review for all CMH properties.
  • Daily and weekly report production for SVP and Directors CMH RM Team.
  • Optimize rate & availability strategies for assigned Inns.
  • Update NetRez with rates and availability changes for assigned Inns.
  • Develop, execute, analyze and measure pricing strategies and channel production by property and region.
  • Establish bi-weekly calls with assigned Inns to provide tactical and strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate results and provide measured results to Directors and Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and other Operations Vice Presidents.
  • Manage and update ad-hoc reporting or tools to identify opportunities.
  • Provide specific, actionable information to assigned Inns and Directors, Regional Vice Presidents that allow the company to maximize revenue.
  • Load and quality check leisure, corporate, and other rates in CRS and GDS.
  • Proactively analyze SRP’s, Mix and Channel performance on a regular basis to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Provide action items and measure results on a regular basis to Director and SVP Revenue Management
  • Communicate effectively best practices amongst peer group.
