The Role

Primary cash manager to prepare Kyriba Daily Corporate Cash Position Worksheet (CPW):

• Ensure scheduled prior day and intraday transmissions completely integrated into Kyriba TMS and work with vendor to ensure related issues with cash module are resolved accordingly.
• Coordinate with Treasury EMEA and FP&A to ensure all forecast outbound/inbound wires, cash sweep and all significant transactions are reflected accurately and completely in the CPW.
• Determine and report daily cash shortfall (borrowing) or excess (investment) positions on an intraday basis to Director and Treasurer.

What you'll do

• Primary wire transfer request analyst and processor as follows:
  • Act as contact point for all wire transfer payment requests.
  • Review, analyze and input authorized wire transfer payment requests into Kyriba and ensure request and supporting documentation is in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Return improper wire request to requestors and assist with resolution.
  • Provide confirmation to wire requestors that payments have been processed as needed.
  • Work with US-based requestors to change vendors to preferred payment methods versus wire.
  • Maintain up to date wire archive on Treasury SharePoint site.  
• FX Back-office support: 
  • Instruct FX trade settlements in Bloomberg.
  • Netting and matching monthly/quarterly cash flow and balance sheet hedge trades.
  • Back-up for entering FX trades in Bloomberg.
• Overall responsibility for providing Treasury banking support including but not limited to:
  • Process approved bank account opening and closing requests as reviewed and assigned by the Director.
  • Review and process approved bank account signatory additions, changes and deletions.
  • Work with Legal and Tax to obtain required supporting KYC documentation and complete and submit all bank documents to fulfill account opening and appropriate Treasury services requested.  File all documentation accurately, completely and timely.
  • Work with partner bank operations support to ensure accounts are opened accurately and completely, and all needed Treasury services are tested, implemented and operating timely.
  • Process bank account statements requests.  Forward such requests and online user access requests to the Director for online access administration setup.
  • Complete required bank account setup in the Treasury Management system (Kyriba) including balance initialization and signatory information accurately and timely.  
  • Ensure account information reporting, cash position worksheets and bank fee analysis Kyriba setups are updated.
  • Participate in project related calls with Director and maintain up to date outstanding items list.
  • Provide SOX and Audit testing support for cash and payments including cash confirmations.
  • Monthly remote check deposit processing.
  • Assist with new debit issuances such as bonds etc.
  • Participate in M&A discussions, including due diligence, valuations, and integration planning.

You'll be successful if you have

• 2-4 years of Treasury, cash management or cash-related Finance experience preferred.
• Experience with banking or wire payments systems as well as TMS (Kyriba) is preferred.
• Disciplined, organized and comfortable working to defined deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with fine attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting is required.
