Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a SVP, Franchise Sales & Development to join our team.  This position can be remote anywhere in the United States.

Job Summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a focused, passionate and high-energy leader who is excited about the opportunity to directly impact the sales organization and help shape strategy. This role will be responsible for the overall development of Wyndham’s Lifestyle and Full-Service brands and team. Additionally, this role is responsible for training, coaching, and mentorship of the team and will be involved in establishing execution, opening and ground break quotas for all Sales Directors for this segment. This position will assist in building relationships with key clients during the sales process.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, forecasting executions/openings and communicating corporate initiatives to their field teams.


  • Oversight of deal flow and approval responsibility on all opportunities.                            
  • Strategic planning.                                
  • Training and coaching.                                
  • Managing high profile relationships.
  • Budget responsibility.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic certification with at least 7 years of relevant and direct sales experience.
  • A least 5 years of experience managing a sales organization.
  • Proven track of achieving team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate team members.
  • Passion for coaching, leading and building teams.
  • Strong business, communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

Travel Requirements

Travel approximately 80% (4 out of 5 days per week).
