Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst, North America will be a key member of the corporate finance team, providing critical financial planning and analysis support to our internal management team as well as the North American operations and development leadership teams. This position will play a key role in the development of our North American RevPAR and Net Room Growth forecasts and budgets, which in turn drives revenue streams of more than $700M annually. This role will also provide key day to day financial support of our brands, franchise operations, and development teams ensuring the highest level of financial oversight and that budgets are achieved. Moreover, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist with the completion and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes and presentations.

This role will be a key part in the development of our externally reported RevPAR and Net Room Growth metrics for our Domestic & Canadian businesses. On top of the over $700M of revenues these drivers combine to contribute to our financials, they are critical metrics which are tracked by analysts and investors relative to the industry. The role must be able to identify trends and external economic impacts, while also understanding the impacts that internal actions have/will have on performance.


This role will be a key member of the North American finance team, which is responsible for more than $700m in revenues, as well as cost budgets of more than $100m. Additionally, as mentioned above, the driver metrics that are managed by this person are directly measured by analysts and investors.


This role will need to have a strong financial background, but also be able to clearly communicate and present results to business leaders throughout the organization.  Additionally, this role must be able to accurately consolidate data, develop actionable reporting, and work under the pressures that comes with the earnings and monthly close processes.

Education & Experience

At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Business degree or MBA a plus but not required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Knowledge and experience with Oracle SmartView / Hyperion are a plus
