Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary

The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships will lead earn, redeem, stay, and member benefits partnerships as well as marketing sponsorships for the company’s award-winning Wyndham Rewards® loyalty program. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for current partner management, new business development, P&L management and organizational leadership to better serve the needs of our 92M members. The candidate will build relationships with key stakeholders, identify and prioritize the biggest impact growth opportunities and collaborate across the organization to launch or optimize new/existing partnerships. The candidate has the opportunity to shape the growth of strategic partnerships, which deliver significant value to the company and our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive work-related experience in consumer marketing or partnerships.
  • Prior business development and people leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using data to drive decision-making.

Resonsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships within partner portfolio and lead team of partner marketers.
  • Lead contract negotiations for existing and new partners.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for expanding existing partnerships or identifying and launching new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, growth and engagement.
  • Monitor partner performance to make prioritization decisions and ensure regular business reviews.
  • Partner with VP leader and Finance/Analytics teams to manage P&L and understand key metrics and drivers.

  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong ability to build, manage and influence internal and external partner relationships.
  • Effective people leader and team player with ability to collaborate, adapt and manage ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
