Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Media to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in ParsippanyNew Jersey.

Job Summary


The Senior Director, Integrated Media is a veteran marketer skilled at developing digital and media strategies to achieve and over-deliver on business goals. This position is responsible for delivering strategic marketing vision to execute high-impact media campaigns across all channels that generate revenue and drive awareness, consideration and bookings.




  • Lead the Integrated Media full-funnel cohesive media strategy across traditional and digital marketing channels for “by Wyndham” Campaign planning, budget and optimization
  • Develop, optimize and maintain full-funnel campaign flight plans, and forecasted results with benchmark and ensure timely updates to be sent out to internal and cross-functional teams, weekly share out pre-log or high profile details to Communications team to share out with franchisees
  • Manage and traffic all full-funnel media requests, including but not limited to La Quinta brand media and Wyndham Rewards Nascar/partnerships, in partnership with internal media direct response segment leads, brand marketing, Wyndham Rewards, and digital teams
  • Lead the integrated media agency relationship; for key media strategies and cross-functional agency interactions/meetings to allow more real-time decision making
  • Manage/own the execution of the yearly planning process for all cross-functional teams and agencies focused on planning/strategies, budget, and timelines to ensure flawless execution and timely media buys
  • Own/lead optimization and results during the flight of brand awareness campaigns and partner with cross-functional teams and agencies on optimization and changes to execute on, with weekly, monthly and campaign level share out of results and forecasting to the Media team
  • Lead all executional strategies for pilots and testing roadmap across the team (i.e. Google Local, Discovery Ads, Adobe Tools etc.) and own results
  • Own “Level up” program and grow adoption of the program in partnership with the brand operations team and brand marketing, while continuing to enhance the program with new media offering (i.e. Facebook, New Meta Channels, and Branded Search etc.)
  • SME for all full-funnel strategies by educating and updating the digital and marketing teams on the latest results and trends of each campaign regular by partnering with the agencies and analytics team on reporting and advancement on reporting tools
  • Attend and present program and results at FAC/conference and other hotel meetings


Education & Experience




  • 10+ years of digital marketing and media experience (search, meta, or display); hospitality experience preferred
  • College degree is required; MBA preferred
  • Google Certification and AdTech experience a plus
  • Expert with Excel and commercial BI reporting environments
  • Experience with a shared services organization with ability to work across business units strongly recommended
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide projects and major agency relationships
  • Experience and track record building media and marketing plans
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, maximizing dollars spent and demonstrating marketing ROI
  • SEO familiarity preferred
  • Global e-commerce experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented, excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of online and social media channels
  • Advanced proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
